This general meeting will also include our annual Memorial Ceremony along with Draping the Charter for our Svea Sister, Susan Agens.

We will also be voting on officers.  Note that we still are in need of 2 positions:  Vice Chairman and Financial Secretary.  The Vice Chairman should be ready to fill in when the Chair is absent and be apprised of all the activities of the Lodge.  The Financial Secretary takes in and accounts for all the money the Lodge bring in; when dues are paid, money is received from Nordic Nook, donations, etc.   The FS is responsible for working with the Treasurer to keep accurate accounting.
